ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Galaxy Theatres – MUFASA Sweepstakes Giveaway starts on Friday, January 31 at 12:00 a.m.
Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) and ends on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PDT
(“Giveaway Period”)].
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Arizona, California, Nevada, Texas,
and Washington, eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of
certain states/territories/provinces where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18)
years of age, such legal age of majority) as of date of entry with a META, or Instagram account.
Employees of Galaxy Theatres (“Sponsor”), ABC, Inc., doing business as, Walt Disney Studios
Motion Pictures, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, distributors, affiliates, promotion and
advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and
siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the
same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit a Galaxy Theatres location social
media page and click on the appropriate Giveaway Post. Follow the directions provided to
complete and submit an answer to the question in the caption to receive one (1) entry in the
Sweepstakes (each, an “Entry”). Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be
eligible. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries by any means
which subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) Entry per person per day for the duration
of the Sweepstakes Period. You may only use one (1) social media account to enter the
Sweepstakes. Multiple Entries received from any person, META account or e-mail address in
excess of the limitation stated above will be void.

USE OF SWEEPSTAKES INFORMATION: Notwithstanding any contrary provision in any
of Sweepstakes Providers' respective privacy policies, entrants grant to Sweepstakes Providers,
and Sweepstakes Providers reserve, the right to use any and all information related to the
Sweepstakes, including information provided by entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes,
for marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless
Sweepstakes Providers, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers,employees, and agents, and META Inc., and Instagram Inc. from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won. Restrictions, conditions and limitations apply. By providing your email address,
Sweepstakes Providers' may email you company updates and announcements.
You can unsubscribe at any time. Sponsor reserves the right to make changes or additions to
these Official Rules and/or change the dates of the Contest at any time.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be chosen by random drawing on or
about Friday, February 14, 2025. Potential winner will be notified by personal message and
potential prize winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability
release, a publicity release within one (1) days of issuance. If such documents are not returned
within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable
to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules,
prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected
by random drawing from among all eligible Entries.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize is non-assignable and non-
transferable except to a surviving spouse. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local
sales and income taxes. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the sole
responsibility of the winner. Entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission to use
winner's name, prize description, hometown and likeness for posting online, advertising and
promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Subject to
the terms and conditions provided herein, the prize is guaranteed to be awarded. By participating,
entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor,
which are binding. Entrants agree that they release, ABC, Inc., doing business as, Walt Disney
Studios Motion Pictures, META, any parent company, affiliated companies, and all other
businesses involved in this Contest, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of
each such company, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and
use of the prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be
caused, by participation in this Contest or receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor and Walt Disney
Studios Motion Pictures, have not made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any
warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to the
prize, including, without limitation, to the prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. The
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the advertising for the Contest,
administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor, “Galaxy Theatres,”
are not responsible if Contest cannot take place or if the prize cannot be awarded due to
cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war (declared or undeclared),
natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, riot or civil disturbance, satellite or equipment
failure, federal state or local government law, order or regulation, public health crisis, order of
any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force
Majeure” event or occurrence). No substitution for a prize by the winner will be allowed. In the
event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the
"Authorized Account Holder'' of the META profile and/or e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to a META profile
e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that
is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail
address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries
generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not
responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or
transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or
for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software
malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by
Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site
or any combination thereof; or (ii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not
limited to death, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s
participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize. By participating in the Contest, you (i)
agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to
be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to
the Contest. Behavior which is intended to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the
Contest, or which is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or any failure
to comply with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification from the Contest, and Sponsor
reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person engaging in such
behavior to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently
disqualify from the Contest any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules;
and (ii) cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest without any liability if any fraud, virus or
other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the administration, functioning or
proper play of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and withdraw the
online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or
system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Contest), and to select winner
from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal. Inclusion in such drawing shall be
each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. In SPONSOR ENTITIES
MAKE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, AS REGARDS THIS PROMOTION OR THE
MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF ANY PRIZE. (vii) CAUTION:
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE
OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY BE
A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN
ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES
AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM
ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING
CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered
by, or associated with, META Inc., or Instagram Inc.
ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this
Promotion, entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or
connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class
action, and exclusively by arbitration under JAMS Expedited Arbitration. The arbitration shall beconducted in Los Angeles County before a single neutral arbitrator. The arbitrator shall follow
California law and the Federal Rules of Evidence in adjudicating the dispute. Entrant waives the
right to seek indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages,
other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied
or otherwise increased, and the arbitrator shall have no authority to award such damages. The
determinations of the arbitrator shall be final and shall not be subject to judicial review;
provided, however, that any award or determination rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in
any court of competent jurisdiction. The expenses of arbitration, the fees and costs of legal
counsel, experts and evidence shall be awarded to the prevailing party. In no event shall any
entrant seek or be entitled to obtain rescission, injunctive or other equitable relief.
CHOICE OF LAW/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: All issues and questions concerning the
construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and
obligations of Entrants and Releasees in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and
construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, USA.
BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT
PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND
CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE
PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY,
WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL
CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-
PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY
DOLLARS ($50.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED
OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE
PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY
KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS
AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET
EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO
HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4)
ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF
ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK
INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW
THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU.
